US startup cuts ₹5.7 crore in yearly costs by replacing Salesforce with AI
A US startup called Curative is cutting expenses by $600,000 (roughly ₹5.7 crore) each year after ending its agreement with Salesforce, a company valued at ₹1,350 crore. Instead, the firm has moved to an AI-powered CRM system. Curative CEO Fred Turner noted that the AI platform handles their workflows more effectively and offers better integration, adding that the team has completely stopped using Salesforce. He also mentioned that the entire switch was completed in only two months.
