UP sweet shop owner refuses to eat his own sweets during food department raid
During a raid by food department officials, Anni Baba, the owner of Maa Vaishno Jai Bhavani Sweet House in Uttar Pradesh's Hamirpur district, declined to consume a sweet from his own establishment when offered by the inspectors. The officials, who suspected adulteration during their inspection, had requested him to eat a sweet decorated with silver leaf. Following his refusal, he was instructed to discard the sweets into the dustbin.
