UP sub-inspector suspended after slapping woman five times at Varanasi police station
A viral video appears to show sub-inspector Kumari Roshni Singh hitting a woman multiple times at the Chaubepur police station in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The woman had arrived at the station to discuss a land-related disagreement. While they were arguing, the sub-inspector seemingly got angry and struck the woman about five times in a very short span.
