UP government to train 10,000 'Gau Mitras' for cattle welfare

On Sunday, the Uttar Pradesh administration revealed plans to train approximately 10,000 Gau Mitras in rural areas to highlight the importance of cattle in the village economy. This project is focused on rural youth who have an interest in cow care. The scheme will begin by preparing master trainers, who will then travel to various villages to educate others.
