UP girl, 7, asks DM for tricycle to help her get to school
Ragini, a 7-year-old from Ballia in Uttar Pradesh, has been walking with a limp to her government school ever since she lost her left leg in an accident at six months old. In a video, the young girl reached out to the District Magistrate, requesting a tricycle to assist her commute. DM Mangla Prasad confirmed that a doctor and a disability official have been dispatched to her home, and she will be provided with a tricycle once the medical assessment is complete.
