UGC-NET results out; three subjects to be re-examined
The NTA has released the UGC-NET 2026 scores for 84 subjects. A total of 4,241 students have cleared the exam for both Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor roles. Additionally, 45,904 candidates are now eligible for Assistant Professor positions and PhD programs, while 97,434 have qualified specifically for PhD admissions. Due to several errors found in the question papers, the exams for English, Sociology, and Commerce will be held again.
