UBTech introduces new humanoid robots capable of identifying human emotions
Chinese firm UBTech has debuted the UWORLD U1 Series, marking the first time a full-sized humanoid robot series has been mass-produced for the consumer market. These robots feature emotional AI that allows them to identify more than 20 distinct emotions. They are built to engage in dialogue, track past interactions, and offer companionship. Thanks to advanced biomimetic technology, the robots are capable of mimicking 90% of standard human movements.
