Two women in Delhi arrested for ₹1.30 lakh dating app fraud
Delhi police have taken two women into custody for reportedly cheating a 67-year-old man out of ₹1.30 lakh. The pair allegedly connected with the victim using a fraudulent profile on a dating application. According to authorities, the women met the man in Defence Colony, where they took his phone and used it to transfer funds through UPI. Investigators were able to locate the suspects by analyzing CCTV recordings, financial statements, and digital tracking data.
