Two held for murder of six Naga civilians in Manipur

A joint task force headed by the NIA apprehended two individuals on Friday for their suspected roles in the May 13 murder of six Naga civilians in Manipur. The victims' remains were discovered near a village on June 10, sparking demonstrations by both Naga and Meitei communities. Consequently, Naga groups initiated road blockades, which resulted in a scarcity of essential supplies.
