Two detained in Mumbai for allegedly threatening Telangana tourist over money
A visitor from Telangana was reportedly detained against his wishes in Mumbai, where two people allegedly threatened him and demanded cash. They also reportedly kept his bags from him until he was scheduled to catch an evening train. A local resident from BKC, Shiraz Bhartiya Ahmed, stepped in to assist the tourist and ensure his safety. The two suspects were subsequently turned over to the BKC Police, although the tourist chose not to lodge an official complaint.
