Two Chinese citizens saved following cargo ship sinking off Odisha coast
On Thursday, the Indian Coast Guard reported that it successfully rescued two Chinese individuals and transported them to Paradip, Odisha, after their Panama-registered cargo vessel went down in the Bay of Bengal. The pair was found in a liferaft on August 22 and was provided with medical attention aboard the Coast Guard ship. Efforts are currently ongoing to locate the other 22 members of the crew.
