Trial run underway for India's inaugural Vande Bharat freight train
The first Vande Bharat freight train in India has officially started its testing phase, reaching speeds of up to 145 kmph. This 16-coach vessel features specialized refrigerated parcel storage, four wide automatic sliding doors for every coach, LED lights, CCTV cameras, a fire alarm system, and secure container locking mechanisms. These trial operations are slated to continue for approximately one month.
