Trainee IPS officer held in Hyderabad for alleged sexual harassment
Hyderabad authorities have arrested trainee IPS officer M Uday Krishna Reddy following accusations of sexual harassment filed by a fellow probationer at the National Police Academy. The victim claims that Reddy sent her inappropriate WhatsApp messages, used offensive language, and gained unauthorized access to her mobile device. Reddy, who had earlier stepped down from a constable position in 2019, has rejected all the charges against him.
