Singaporean officials have taken three youths, aged 14, 15, and 19, into custody for plotting assaults on military sites and schools. The trio had become self-radicalized through Islamic State propaganda found online. The 19-year-old had intentions of using a knife to target LGBT students at his school, as well as military personnel at an airbase. Meanwhile, the 14-year-old had devised a plan to carry out a mass stabbing targeting non-Muslim students and staff at his educational institution.
