Three bodies from Nepal found in UP's Gandak river
In Uttar Pradesh's Maharajganj district, three bodies—including two women—were retrieved from the Gandak river. They had been washed downstream from flood-affected areas in Nepal. Personnel from the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) located and pulled the bodies from the river's powerful currents. The ongoing floods have claimed more than 350 lives, and over 288 Indian citizens are still reported as missing.
