Tehseen Poonawalla says he is under house arrest before planned protest against E20 fuel
Businessman Tehseen Poonawalla has alleged that he is being held under house arrest at his residence in south Delhi. This comes as he prepared for a solo march, a vow of silence, and a hunger strike at Gandhi Smriti to protest against the use of ethanol-blended petrol. Previously, the Delhi Police had rejected his request to hold a 'Gaadi March' in the central part of the city. Poonawalla stated, "No papers, nothing! I'm under house arrest."
