Thailand PM Anutin Charnvirakul stated that the teenager who killed seven people, including his grandparents, was experiencing "stress" and had "planned" the shooting. He added that police questioned a close friend of the suspect, who confirmed the teenager had been under stress. The 14-year-old shooter reportedly shot himself dead after executing the attack. At least 23 people were injured in the incident.
