Tech creator modifies robotic dog into walking wheelchair for father with sclerosis

To assist his father who battles multiple sclerosis with his mobility, tech innovator Jake Laser modified a Unitree quadruped robot into a personalized walking wheelchair. By merging the wheeled quadruped robot with a specially designed seat, adjusted control software, and a look inspired by cars, he built a unique mobility device that can walk, roll, and scale different types of terrain.
