TCS to buy Porsche's IT consulting arm for ₹3,574 crore
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is set to purchase Porsche's IT consulting firm, MHP Management, in a deal valued at €320 million, which is approximately ₹3,574 crore. The transaction is projected to wrap up within three to four months. Additionally, Porsche has entered into a five-year agreement with TCS valued at €1.25 billion, or nearly ₹14,000 crore. Under this partnership, TCS will launch an AI Mobility Centre of Excellence specifically for Porsche.
