Tata partners with US companies to manufacture Javelin missiles in India
Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to manufacture Javelin missiles domestically in India. This collaboration is with the Javelin Joint Venture (JJV), which is a joint effort between Raytheon and Lockheed Martin. Under this agreement, the companies will look into establishing an Indian facility dedicated to the final assembly of the missiles and the manufacturing of specific missile parts.
