Swiggy introduces round-the-clock support for food safety issues

Food delivery service Swiggy has rolled out a specific channel and phone line for users to flag any food safety problems. Customers are encouraged to provide descriptions and photos of their concerns. Once a complaint is sent via text, users will be issued a tracking number to monitor the status of their report.
