When questioned about his strategy to make Jadavpur University free of drugs, West Bengal Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari stated he would deploy drones to identify individuals consuming ganja on or near the campus, a remark that drew laughter from those present. He asserted, "I will track down where Phensedyl, ganja, and heroin are being used." He further added, "I am the Police Minister. I am well aware of how to clear out the trash."
