Supreme Court blocks Parsvnath accounts, slams 20-year delay for homebuyers
The Supreme Court has ordered a freeze on the bank accounts of Parsvnath Developers and its directors, while also issuing bailable warrants against them. The court criticized the firm for showing a "brazen disregard" for the rights of those who purchased homes. Justices highlighted that many of the buyers are senior citizens who have been left waiting for their apartments for almost 20 years. Furthermore, the court remarked that officials in Haryana seem to be working in collusion with the real estate company.
