Sugar Cosmetics set for ₹150 crore funding at significantly reduced valuation
According to an Economic Times report, Sugar Cosmetics is securing ₹140-150 crore in funding from A91 Partners. The deal values the company at ₹500-600 crore, which is more than 80% lower than its peak valuation of ₹3,000 crore reached in 2022. A91 Partners, already holding a 20% stake, is likely to boost its ownership through this down round. Meanwhile, the company's revenue for FY26 is projected to be between ₹300-350 crore, marking a decline of 31-41% compared to FY24 figures.
