SS Rajamouli describes Mahesh's 'Varanasi' role as humorous and strong

To mark Tollywood actor Mahesh Babu's 51st birthday, the production team behind 'Varanasi' shared two new images from the movie. Discussing the character 'Rudra', filmmaker SS Rajamouli remarked, "Rudra was created for a mission far greater than his own life. He is burdened with a fate he didn't choose." He further noted, "He possesses a mix of humor, vulnerability, and great strength."
