Indian vice-captain Smriti Mandhana has surpassed retired New Zealand star Suzie Bates to secure the position of the second-highest run-getter in international women's cricket. She reached this milestone on Sunday while playing in the Women's Asia Cup 2026 Group A fixture against Thailand at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Mandhana’s total career tally in international cricket now stands at 10,756 runs.
