SK Hynix stock drops 30% in another sudden flash crash
Shares of South Korean semiconductor manufacturer SK Hynix plummeted 30% on the Nextrade platform during a flash crash, the second occurrence of this kind within seven days. The sharp decline was set off by the trading of only 11 shares at a price of 1.168 million won apiece, though the stock price bounced back during the pre-market period. A comparable incident last week caused a temporary disruption affecting approximately $60 million worth of derivative contracts.
