Sirsa posts video of Rahul Gandhi placing Constitution book on the floor

Delhi minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa has released a clip of Rahul Gandhi appearing to place a copy of the Constitution near his feet. Sirsa criticized Gandhi, claiming he shows no regard for the national anthem or the Constitution, and remarked, "Have some shame at least." The book had been given to Rahul Gandhi by Congress MP KC Venugopal while the national anthem was being played.
