Singapore government clarifies it won't intervene in Air India investment

The Singaporean administration has stated that it will not get involved in the investment choices made by Singapore Airlines (SIA) concerning Air India, despite the carrier currently looking for capital from its shareholders. Senior Minister K Shanmugam noted that SIA needs to evaluate the Air India deal by considering its own assets and future objectives. Currently, Air India is requesting ₹10,000 crore in funding from both Tata Sons and SIA.
