According to the China Earthquake Networks Centre, the tremor occurred at 1:13 pm (10:43 am IST) with a focal depth of 13 kilometres. This seismic event follows a 3.2 magnitude quake in Nepal yesterday and comes just two days after flash floods impacted Tibet, Nepal, and parts of China.
