Seven Shiv Sena functionaries suspended following Palghar hospital incident
Following allegations that party workers barged into the ICU of a private hospital over a disagreement regarding treatment bills, seven Shiv Sena office-bearers in Palghar have been suspended. It is alleged that about 25 to 30 workers forced their way into the medical facility to question the medical tests performed on Govindas who were hurt during the Dahi Handi festival. Additionally, hospital employees claimed they were assaulted and threatened, leading the police to file a case against 17 individuals.
