Seven of the ten largest global banks are now Chinese
According to the most recent rankings from The Banker, China holds dominance over seven of the ten biggest banks globally. The top four positions are held by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, the Agricultural Bank of China, and the Bank of China. The only institutions from the United States to make the top ten are JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and Citigroup, which rank fifth, sixth, and eighth, respectively.
