Second screenwriter claims 'Gandhari' is plagiarized, cites 2019 pitch
Following plagiarism accusations against the creators of 'Gandhari' by Mumbai writer Raghav Desai, screenwriter Kalyan Bandi has come forward with similar claims. Bandi stated that he presented his script to Monika Shergill back in 2019 during her tenure at Voot, prior to her current role as Vice President at Netflix. Bandi reportedly contacted Monica following the official announcement of 'Gandhari' by Netflix in 2024.
