SBI group to offload 1% NSE stake in upcoming ₹30,000 crore IPO
SBI Chairman CS Setty announced that SBI and SBI Capital Markets intend to sell a combined 1% stake in the National Stock Exchange (NSE) as part of its anticipated ₹30,000 crore initial public offering. Setty explained that the SBI group plans to divest 0.65% from SBI and 0.35% from SBI Capital Markets, totaling a 1% stake. At present, SBI maintains a 3.23% share in the NSE, while SBI Capital Markets holds 4.33%.
