SBI Funds Management lowers IPO target to ₹9,813 crore

SBI Funds Management (SBIFM), the nation's biggest asset manager, has trimmed its planned IPO size to ₹9,812.9 crore. This adjustment follows a move by its promoters, SBI and Amundi, who offloaded roughly 1.6% of the company's equity to 30 key investors for ₹1,880 crore at the top end of the price range. Previously, the firm had intended to secure ₹11,692.9 crore via the public offering.
