Saurav Das of CJP files plea in HC to take down address-revealing posts from X and Google
The Delhi High Court has summoned commentator Abhijit Iyer-Mitra and several media and social media outlets, such as Law Beat, following a petition from CJP spokesperson Saurav Das. Das claims his home address was exposed online. He has requested that the court order X and Google to delete the posts and stop them from being circulated further. The High Court has given the defendants a 10-day deadline to file their responses.
