Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has secured 3.86 acres of land in Lonavala, with the deal finalized across three separate transactions totaling approximately ₹70 crore. According to property documents obtained by Zapkey, the primary 3.09-acre plot cost ₹63.69 crore, while he also purchased a 50% stake in two additional parcels. Lonavala is a popular hill station situated roughly 100 km away from Mumbai and 60 km from Pune.
