S Jaishankar explains why he considers Pakistan 'unique'

At a recent function, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar remarked, "Pakistan is unique, not because it is a neighbour of India, because in this day and age there is no other country which uses terrorism so systematically...to attack and pressurise another neighbour." He added that this approach significantly influences how the Indian public views the nation.
