In Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district, health officials have set up free, 24-hour medical support for those on the Amarnath Yatra. Essential health teams, temporary hospitals, and medical camps have been stationed at strategic spots, including Lamber and Chanderkot. So far, the mini hospital at Lamber has assisted more than 5,000 individuals by offering medical advice, necessary medications, and routine health screenings.
