RJD disbands Bihar units after Prashant Kishor's Bankipur bypoll win
Tejashwi Yadav, the national working president of the RJD, on Thursday disbanded all of the party's organisational bodies in Bihar, which includes committees at the district, block, and panchayat levels. This move comes in the wake of Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor emerging victorious in the Bankipur Assembly by-election, where RJD's nominee Rekha Gupta suffered a defeat. According to an official release, the RJD is set to start rebuilding its organisational committees shortly.
