Restaurant manager claimed rats were 'pets' during FDA inspection: Tukaram Mundhe
Maharashtra FDA Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe, currently spearheading a campaign against unsanitary practices in food establishments, shared an anecdote about the excuses restaurants use. Mundhe stated, "When my team inspected one location, they discovered numerous rats. The manager actually referred to them as their pets."
