Report: Iran's President Pezeshkian could visit India for BRICS summit
According to a News18 report, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian might travel to India for the 18th BRICS Summit, scheduled for September 12–13, 2026. The event is also anticipated to host Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin. The BRICS group currently includes 11 developing nations and emerging markets: Brazil, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and the UAE.
