Replit CEO: Company cuts $100,000 in costs by ditching Salesforce
Amjad Masad, the CEO of Replit, shared that Greenleaf Management, a firm based in Atlanta, is slashing annual expenses by nearly $100,000 by swapping out its Salesforce CRM for a bespoke application developed with Replit and Claude Code. The upkeep for this new tool runs about $300 monthly. In reaction to Masad’s update, one X user commented, "If Salesforce could be replaced, I’m wondering how many mid-market SaaS companies…would become obsolete."
