Rare hormonal condition found during breast lump check

A 59-year-old patient at a Hyderabad hospital discovered she had primary hyperparathyroidism while being examined for a breast lump. Medical staff found a rare brown tumour associated with high parathyroid hormone levels. Subsequent examinations confirmed a parathyroid adenoma, which was successfully treated with surgery. Post-procedure, her calcium levels stabilized to a healthy range.
