Rapperiya Baalam issues legal notice to Excel Entertainment over 'Shoorveer' song rights
Singer Rapperiya Baalam has served a legal notice to Excel Entertainment, the production house owned by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, labeling their licensing of the 'Mirzapur: The Movie' track 'Shoorveer' as unlawful. Baalam asserts that he holds the copyright to 'Shoorveer' and stated, "If it's being used...it has to get permission from us. They can't license it."
