Punjab farmers to stage demonstrations at 22 DC offices today
On Monday, the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha's Punjab unit is organizing day-long sit-ins in front of Deputy Commissioner offices across all 22 districts of the state. These protests are aimed at pushing for resolutions to several concerns affecting farmers and agricultural workers. The demonstrations are scheduled to take place in locations including Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Pathankot, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Tarn Taran, Ferozepur, Fazilka, Ludhiana, Bathinda, and Mohali.
