Punjab Congress internal tensions ease as rebels plan talks with Baghel

Signs of a breakthrough have emerged in the divided Punjab Congress. After a prolonged standoff, senior party members who were against Amarinder Raja Warring remaining as the state unit president agreed on Thursday to open discussions with Bhupesh Baghel. This meeting is slated to be held either this Friday or Saturday.
