Players injured as false ceiling collapses during Independence Day event at NIS Patiala

During the Independence Day celebrations on Saturday, a section of the false ceiling in the multipurpose-cum-wrestling hall collapsed at the Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports (NIS) in Patiala. A few diploma students and players from NCOE camps sustained minor injuries in the mishap, NIS Senior Executive Director Vineet Kumar told The Indian Express.
