Pet dog passes away as owner's funeral procession starts in MP

In Madhya Pradesh's Betul district, a 15-year-old dog died on Monday, just as the funeral procession for its owner was getting underway. The owner, 67-year-old Pradeep Jain, had died on Sunday following an illness. His remains were transported back to his residence from Bhopal that night. Family members noted that the dog grew agitated the moment the owner's body was brought to the house.
