Pernia's Pop-Up Shop IPO: Dates and price band announced for celebrity-backed brand
Purple Style Labs, the parent company of Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, has announced that its IPO will be open for subscription from August 31 to September 2. The startup, which counts Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, and Madhuri Dixit among its backers, has fixed the price range for its ₹680-crore public issue at ₹546-575 per share. This pricing gives the company a valuation of ₹4,600 crore. Anchor investors will be able to participate in the IPO starting August 28.
